Scam: Bait and Switch!!

I Booked a 1BR unit and arrived to find a Studio. VRBO property manager when contacted said “they confirmed that the rate was a studio” well goodie for them. That is not what was booked! I know what I booked, and when you click on the res number it shows a 1BR. Oops, inconvenient facts are facts. Classic bait and stitch. Beware and avoid this property manager!

We were moving my daughter up for her senior year at UNR. It was kind of nice to be a slightly away from campus. The neighborhood is very nice there and the accommodations were great.

They said they had a hot tub and when I saw it closed I ask and they said it’s been broken for several years and there going to someday just fill it in and cover it so it’s just a patio. The pool was fine. Place was nice

Cigarette smoke horrible in room!

The property location was gret for my purposes. The room was 1/2 hour late for check in due to "housekeeping," which made it seem the room would be proper. It wasn't. This hotel adverises a a a oke free environment however, there was cigarette smoke prominent outside the entranxe fo the rooms, the entry a d, upon opening the door to my room, was overwhelming! It seemed as thpugh someone has lived in the room smoking cigarettes one immediately following the last. I complained to the front desk, who said thwy would advise housekeeping, no offer to move me. I was at this property for the proximity of an event i was attending and had no time to deal with moving to another room with the possibility of that being ing just as smoky. The bed was so uncomfortable there was no sleep to be had. No cups for coffee...the overall experience was such that i would not return

Very nice, clean and comfortable

Great location. Close to Reno airport. Easy check in. Staff was informative and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen has full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and was stocked. King bed was comfortable. Living room has a hide a bed couch and large desk with office chair. Adjustable climate control. Can't comment on breakfast due to an early flight out. Would stay here again!
