Great Little Getaway

Great property, that's only about 10 minutes away from downtown Reno. Stayed here for a weekend getaway up to UNR. Very cute property that has been very well maintained. Perfect place for a small family to stay. Would highly recommend!

Lovely residence with all the necessities and lots of luxuries. Clean. A quiet neighborhood with nearby access to main travel arteries, shopping, and dining. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus!

Clean and roomy!

We booked this property for a trip to Reno for a convention my kids wanted to go to (birthday trip for my now 20 year old). There was 6 of us total that made the trip. The home was in a nice family neighborhood but not noisy. There was plenty of space for my husband and myself to relax in our own and space for the kids (ages 17-20) to spread out and hang all together or break off into smaller groups. The kitchen was well appointed with disware and cookware and the dining table was a great space to eat and play games. Love the blue-tooth speaking in the formal living area and the kids LOVED the giant TV in the other living room space. Beds were all comfy and there was a large tub in the master bath. (Yippie for me!) The host was quick to respond to any questions we threw here way. Highly recommend the property and we would definitely rent this home the next time we are in the Reno/Sparks area.

Great location!

The house is in a great location and in good condition. There was an issue where the light in the family room was either broken or we just couldn't get it to work. I called and the person was very responsive and offered to send someone over to repair it (we declined because we weren't going to be there that long). Great amenities, lovely house. The only thing I would note to others is that the cleaning service uses a LOT of detergent (I think Tide maybe?) on the sheets/blankets/towels, and the scent is VERY strong, I have stayed in a ton of VRBO's and rentals and I have never had the bedding and towels smell so strong, it was overwhelming. The smell literally permeated the bedrooms and was even on my skin and hair after the first night, and I had trouble sleeping because it was just too strong. For some people it's probably fine, but just note if you are sensitive to strong chemical scents like from detergents it might be too much for you. The house is clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels available for our family.

Our family had a great experience staying at this house. It is very well described in the photos and very clean. The owners made it very comfortable for guests. I also appreciate how easy we were able to communicate if we had any questions; we got a response right away. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town!
