Le Petit Botté - Studio plein cœur de Rennes

Situated right in the heart of Rennes city centre, Le Petit Botté is a charming, fully equipped 16 m² studio (with fibre-optic broadband), completely renovated and tastefully decorated – perfect for your stay of a few days or a few weeks in the city.

On the first floor of a small block of flats, furnished with all the necessary comforts, it features a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and a shower room with a toilet. At night, a fold-away double bed will ensure you sleep very comfortably (with a top-quality mattress).

Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the flat.

You’ll enjoy the very heart of the city whilst still being in a quiet location, as the studio overlooks an inner courtyard.
Close to Place de la République, you’re within easy reach of all amenities: bus and metro lines just a stone’s throw away, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, and the Criée market.
The city’s main attractions are within walking distance: the Couvent des Jacobins, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Parc du Thabor, etc.

The communal areas of the building, particularly the inner courtyard and the stairwell, are in need of renovation. However, we can assure you that this will not affect your stay in any way.
