Cosmic "Zentrale Lage, aber leider dreckig 🙂 Zentral gelegen, hohe Räume, aber im EG und daher eher dunkel, innenliegende Küche und Bad. Leider waren Bad und Küche verstaubt, Spinnweben in den Ecken, Badregal und Fußleisten sehr verdreckt etc. 🙁 Uhrzeit für Check-in zu arrangieren war etwas mühsam, Mitarbeiterin im Stress, weil zwei Check-ins zur selben Zeit. Licht in der Küche war defekt, wurde nach mehrfachem Nachfragen ausgetauscht, allerdings ohne Vorankündigung der Agentur, während wir nicht im Apartment waren (kein Tresor vorhanden)."

Cosmic "notre arrivée c est bien passée et les explications de notre hôte ont été jugées suffisantes tres pro Le premier abord était favorable hormis le hall d entrée de l immeuble plus que vétuse l appartement conforme à la description mais dans les détails ça ce gâte la chambre et la salle de bain nickel literie de qualité et serviettes de même la cuisine fonctionelle au niveau des appareils ménager mais dans un état de saleté four non nettoye plaque électriques graisseuses , les couverts sont sales les assiettes et les verres ne sont pas nettes il manque 2 ampoules dsans la cuisine et un carreau casé sur la porte n a pas été remplacé l absence de lave vaiselle peut expliquer en partie les négligences de la cuisine Nous avons passé 2 jours et pris nos repas à l extérieur !"

Cosmic Une catastrophe. Je n’ai jamais vu ça en 10 ans passés de voyage via airbnb. Le logement est insalubre bourré de moisissures. Et cerise sur le gâteau, l’immeuble est fissuré de Arthur à cause des travaux du métro. L’appartement s’affaisse, et ils n’ont rien trouvé de mieux que mettre des bâches et du scotch pour calfeutrer les 2 énormes trous d 1x1m sur les murs/plafond. Inadmissible. Le plafond décrirait un morceau est tombé ce qui a décroché la bâche scotchée que j’ai dû moi même rattacher à l’aide d’un balais. De la poussière partout. Des déchets qui trainaient. Le ménage très très approximatif. L’odeur de moisissure partout et la personne qui nous accueille dans le plus grand des calmes en disant que « c’est normal il faut aerer ». Nous n’avions pas les moyens d’aller ailleurs en dernière minute après avoir payé 312€ pour 4 nuits. De plus nous étions en famille… c’est un scandale et d’une irresponsabilité sans nom.

L’arrivée est très flexible, nous avons pu avoir les clés du logement une heure plus tôt. Cependant, nous avons remarqué des fourmis présentes au niveau de la fenêtre du salon, sûrement du à la saison printanière ainsi une grosse fissure dans le salon probablement du à l’ancienneté de l’immeuble. La literie était tres nous avons tres bien dormi. Je recommande le logement pour de court séjour :)"

Cosmic The apartment was in the city center, great location and many amenities were provided, overall the apartment was nice but it had some big cracks on the wall and the door size was too short, so you might bang your head if you don’t be aware. But it was a nice apartment.
