With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living area, full practical amenities and a fully enclosed south-facing garden, it is an excellent choice for a relaxing seaside holiday with family or friends.Living area: The spacious living room features high ceilings, a generous corner sofa and a fireplace, creating a comfortable place to relax after a day by the sea. Guests can enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV or spend time together with board games.Dining area: The dining area is located next to the kitchen and comfortably seats six people, offering a bright and pleasant space for shared meals.Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combi-microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. For coffee, guests can choose between a filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and direct access to an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, both furnished with 160x200 cm double beds and ample closet space.Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and sink. The ground-floor bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, while the second bathroom is located upstairs. Two separate toilets provide extra convenience.Practical amenities: A washing machine and dryer are available, making the home especially convenient for families, longer stays or beach holidays.Outdoor space: The fully enclosed south-facing garden offers privacy and sunshine throughout the day. The spacious terrace is furnished with a lounge sofa, comfortable bench, sun loungers and a garden table for outdoor dining.Storage: A garden shed is available for storing beach gear or other holiday equipment.Parking and facilities: Two private parking spaces are available. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
