This modern chalet was built in 2021 and custom-designed with high-quality materials, offering a stylish and comfortable stay just a five-minute walk from the wide sandy beach of Renesse.Living area: The spacious and bright living room features sliding doors leading directly to the terrace. Guests can relax on the comfortable corner sofa with a smart TV or enjoy the warm, modern atmosphere indoors.Dining area: The round dining area with four chairs creates a pleasant place for shared meals, board games, or relaxed evenings together.Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, combination microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Extra comforts such as a griddle, toaster, shaker, milk frother, Nespresso machine and kettle are also available.Bedrooms: The chalet has two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious Swiss Sense bed with a special topper from the Van der Valk hotel line, a large wardrobe and a blackout roller blind. The second bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm box-spring beds, two wardrobes, a bedside table and a blackout pleated blind.Bathroom: The spacious bathroom includes a rain shower, hand shower, vanity unit with ample storage space, toilet and heated towel rail.Comfort: Air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature even on warm summer days.Outdoor space: The fully tiled 60 m² terrace is furnished with a dining table, six chairs and a comfortable lounge sofa.
