De kamers zijn gerenoveerd, maar de douche loopt net goed door. Duurt lang voordat er warm water is. Verder is dit huis superrrrr verouderd. Apparatuur die allemaal aan vervanging toe zijn. Werken niet soms of dingen moeten schoon gemaakt worden. bedlinnen moet iedereen zef meenemen. Vloerbedekking die in de hal en trap ligt is smerig en verouderd. Nee, dit is geen woning die met liefde verhuurd word. Het is met minimale investering alleen om geld te verdienen.

ACHTUNG - Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Das Haus war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: überall Schmutz, Kakerlaken, Spinnweben und Spinnen. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Schimmel – der Geruch war sofort in der Luft wahrnehmbar und deutlich sichtbar in den Ecken. Alles wirkte extrem heruntergekommen, nichts war instand gehalten oder auch nur ansatzweise sauber. Es wurde nicht einmal das absolute Minimum an Hygiene erfüllt.Das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Unterkunftserfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. Auf keinen Fall mieten!

Bij aankomst heel het huis schoongemaakt, voor de rest zijn de faciliteiten erg goed en zitten er mooie badkamers in de kamers (nadeel is dat op de twee persoonskamers er alleen een bad zit en je dus staan met douchekop in de hand moet douchen.

Habe ein Wochenende mit einer Gruppe von 18 Personen im Haus verbracht. Geräumige Zimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, was den besonderen und einzigartigen Wert dieses Hauses ausmacht. Großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, das aufgrund seiner U-Form für „Breakout“-Aktivitäten geeignet ist. Die Einzelbetten/Doppelbetten sind großartig, einige der Etagenbetten waren älter. Einige der Badezimmer sind renoviert und schön, andere noch nicht. Die Küche ist ausreichend, das Geschirr und die Glaswaren sind eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Arten, aber funktionell. Obwohl es an einer Straße/Kreuzung liegt, ist der Verkehrslärm kein Problem, da es abends sehr ruhig ist

Zuerst das "Positive": Uns wurde bereits im Vorfeld eine Abreise erst am Nachmittag gewährt - ohne Aufpreis. Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und war sofort zur Stelle und hat uns ausgeholfen, als wir nach fehlenden Gabeln suchten. Die Bäder sind sehr schön gemacht. Und nun zum Rest des Hauses: Die Bilder im Internet sind eine gewaltige Täuschung! Das Haus bietet unendlich viel Ekel-Potenzial: In den Schlafräumen waren Staub und Wollmäuse. Unter den Betten und Couch lagen leere Flaschen von einem unserer Vormieter. Stellenweise ist sogar Schimmel vorzufinden (z.B. hinter dem großen Bild im Essraum). Der Aufenthaltsraum ganz oben riecht nicht nur muffig, sondern die OSB-Wandverkleidung vergammelt offensichtlich. Sehr schade - bei ordentlicher Pflege und Sauberkeit wäre es wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, aber in dem jetzigen Zustand können wir nur davon abraten.

Het huis was zeker groot genoeg voor onze groep van 28 personen. De badkamers waren vernieuwd, de keuken groot genoeg en het was fijn om een speelkamer te hebben boven met pooltafel. Anderzijds is het huis echt heel oud. De muren, deuren, ramen, vloeren,... Die hebben echt hun beste tijd gehad. Het komt zo wat vuil over. Bovendien ligt het huis op de hoek van 2 drukke banen, dus er is wel wat geluidsoverlast. Het lastigste was de verwarming. Die stond ofwel volledig open (geen enkele andere mogelijkheid), waardoor iedereen ontplofte in het huis, ofwel volledig uit. En dat kon je niet zelf doen, maar moest de eigenaar doen. Dus kiezen tussen veel te warm hebben of bevriezen. Wel goede en vriendelijke communicatie.
