"definitely not a 4 star hotel, NO air conditioning, at least none that worked (we switched rooms)! I paid extra in order to have a/c in the 30 deg C weather and ended up sweating and uncomfortable. Also, no in room water heater. very friendly and helpful front desk staff though."
