Welcome to the "Heustub'n"—your cozy vacation rental in the picturesque village of Reit im Winkl, nestled amid the breathtaking scenery of the Bavarian Alps. Whether it’s winter sports, hiking, climbing, or swimming in the crystal-clear mountain lakes—the region offers the perfect getaway for every taste! The “Heustub’n” is located in the “Haus am Kirchplatz,” on a quiet side street in the heart of Reit im Winkl. From here, you can easily reach all the shops in the town center on foot: a large supermarket, charming fashion boutiques, sports stores, inviting restaurants, and cozy bars. Leisure facilities such as a mini-golf course, medical center, pharmacy, and post office are also in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the extensive cross-country ski trail network and the bus stop for the ski bus are also just a short walk away. The apartment itself features a spacious living and dining area furnished with a fold-out wall bed, a new couch (2025), and a dining table. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, two stovetop burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle—everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the furnished south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Additional amenities include a radio, a flat-screen TV with cable, and free Wi-Fi. A private parking space in the underground garage is available for your vehicles. Your host, T&T Ferienwohnungen, provides towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
