A picture-perfect vacation rental! This well-maintained, comfortable country house offers a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. From the sunny south-facing slope, you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama of the Wilder Kaiser. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments accommodate 2–6 people. The house features a game room and table tennis area, as well as a sauna for relaxation. Adjacent to the house is a large lawn with a playground. Free daily bus to the town center and to the various neighborhoods, with a connection to the Winklmoos-Alm.

The apartment is located on the first floor and features a furnished, east-facing balcony (xx square meters) with a mountain view of the Wetterkreuz. It is designed for two adults or a family with one or two small children.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the requirements for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat and providing ample bus service.
