Die 85 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses „St. Sebastian“ im Ortsteil Groißenbach. Sie wurde von uns 2013 übernommen, renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbett, bieten Platz für 4 Personen. Im großzügigen Wohnraum ist die komplett ausgestattete Küche (Backherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster…) sowie eine Eßecke integriert. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne inclusive Duschvorrichtung, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Der Südbalkon bietet einen unverbaubaren Blick auf die unten laufende Lofer, der Westbalkon auf den Ortskern von Reit im Winkl sowie den „Zahmen Kaiser“. W-LAN kann kostenfrei genutzt werden. Im Gemeinschaftskeller stehen Münzwaschmaschine, -trockner sowie ein Abstellraum für Ski und Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Die Bushaltestelle für die Fahrt zum Seegatterl (Talstation Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte) ist direkt vor der Tür. Gegenüber befinden sich zudem ein Penny Markt, Getränkemarkt, Tennis- und Squashanlage sowie ein Einstieg ins Loipennetz. Der Golfplatz ist in ca. 5 Minuten Autofahrt, der Walchsee in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande Reit im Winkls in einer großen Wohnanlage.Der erste Eindruck war rundum positiv. Schön eingerichtet mit allen Utensilien, die man so braucht. Bei genauerer Betrachtung fiel uns auf, dass Dusche und auch der Boden nicht ganz sauber war uA Haare. Fanden wir aber nicht weiter schlimm.Einkaufsmöglichkeit entweder im Penny direkt gegenüber, oder im edeka im Ort. Auch alle möglichen Ausflugsziele sind von hier aus super zu erreichen.Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und können die Fewo getrost weiter empfehlen und kommen gewiss auch wieder. Gerne auch mal im Winter. Reit im Winkl ist ein super Wintersportort. Ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben ist die nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
