The modern, 50-square-meter fitness room has something for every active guest. Afterward, relax in the indoor or outdoor sauna in the 400-square-meter alpspa wellness area with relaxation rooms and a natural pool (ages 16 and up), or in the alpspa family area with the kids—and if you’d like, enjoy a round of digital board games on the Fun4Four display. An exciting playground awaits the kids outside. There’s no time for boredom.

Design meets nature: ideal for a vacation for two. A cozy, wood-accented design with 40 square meters of living space. The bedroom, which opens onto the living room, offers a direct view of the mountains outside. So there’s no real need to get out of the incredibly comfortable box spring bed. The small but well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen allows for full-scale cooking in a compact space thanks to a 2-burner induction stove, a full-size refrigerator, and a combination microwave/grill. Each apartment features a spacious terrace or balcony with a table and chairs. The Cloo—every apartment features a wine cooler.
Reit im Winkl: A Climatic Health Resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “localities whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess characteristics that are beneficial to recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions for good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of natural heat and an extensive bus service.
