The *****F (DTV) two-room apartment “Gänseblümchen” No. 5, measuring 60 m², is located in the Resi building. This ground-floor apartment features a beautiful, sheltered south-facing terrace. Its convenient location offers you the ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, and skiing (even without a car) in both summer and winter. The apartment features a large bathroom with a barrier-free shower and an infrared sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, a bedroom, and a living room.
Your benefit as our guest: We are a partner landlord/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free benefits in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössener Waldschwimmbad, and the beach areas at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner property owner/operator of the Benz-Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free benefits, such as free rides on the Benz-Eck lifts in winter. (EUR 1.00 contribution toward costs).
A heated ski room with ski boot warmers and a lockable bike garage await you in our eco-friendly, wood-chip-heated building—and starting in 2024, we’ll also have our own photovoltaic power system!
Starting Christmas 2024, you can rent my second family apartment, “Schneerose”—specifically, Apartment No. 9 on the first floor of Haus Resi —this three-room apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating and measuring 75 m², offers space for two adults and two children, and, upon request, even a four-legged friend! This modern and spacious apartment with a balcony that gets morning sun has a separate entrance, and all linens are provided; high chairs and travel cribs are also available! Of course, the included amenities apply here as well, such as “free admission” to the outdoor pool and “free rides” on the Benzeck lifts!

Modern, spacious three-room apartment (75 m²) built in 2024 using timber-frame construction on the 1st floor, fully equipped with underfloor heating, quietly facing east—available for a maximum of two adults and three children. It consists of a master bedroom and a children’s bedroom, a large bathroom, a spacious living room with a couch and a dining area with chairs, an adjoining kitchen, and a spacious balcony!
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess characteristics that are beneficial for recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat sources and providing ample bus service.
