Our generously appointed vacation apartments all feature a shower/toilet, a kitchen, TV, telephone, and balcony. Sun-seekers will be in heaven on the sunbathing lawn right next to the house. One factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of natural heat and an extensive bus service network.
