Appalling customer service

The checkin info was misleading, we were told that were able to check in at any time but when we reached the accommodation, there was no staff there to entertain us. Ended up having to sleep in the car at a service station. :(

Une nuit passĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©sidence Laudine. ArrivĂ©e vers 17 h , un peu dĂ©routĂ©e de ne trouver personne Ă  la rĂ©ception et l’impression de ne pas ĂȘtre dans un hĂŽtel. Appartement correct. Il aurait Ă©tĂ© intĂ©ressant de trouver du produit pour vaisselle ainsi qu’un torchon de cuisine. Bon emplacement on a pu trouver une place de parking gratuite Ă  proximitĂ© et l’hĂŽtel n’est pas trop loin du centre-ville

J'ai passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, appartement propre, le robinet de salle de bain bougeait, ça doit ĂȘtre un chauffage collectif, car defois je n'avait pas super chaud. Mais sinon dans l'ensemble ça allait. Parfois un peu galĂšre pour trouver de la place dans la rue. Mais sinon j'aurais pu prendre le parking sous terrain mais c'Ă©tait un petit budget supplĂ©mentaire par nuitĂ©e. (9€) le petit dĂ©jeuner nikel rien a redire... Si je devais y retourner ça serait sans problĂšme tout de mĂȘme.

Accueil agrĂ©able et Ă  l'Ă©coute, prĂ©voir le parking souterrain si vous rentrez tard pour 7€, la chambre poussiĂ©reuse et sale avec des cheveux et poils presque partout. Salle de bain prĂ©voir des claquettes car pas de cuve de douche. Situation gĂ©ographique impeccable. J'espere que les critiques amĂ©lioration appart hĂŽtel car ça vaux le coup.
