This was one of the most uncomfortable rooms that we’ve stayed in. It was called a Junior Suite and there wasn’t anything remotely related to a suite in this room. It was one room with two chairs, two nightstands, one small side table, and a narrow desk like item. There was no place to put anything so we used the floor, nightstands, and extra luggage racks that we asked for. The lighting was so poor that we frequently used the flashlight on our phones to read something but the outdoor lighting was very bright and glared into the room 24/7. The coffeemaker is set up on a shelf near the closet and cannot be used there because the shelf above it prevents the mechanism from being lifted. We had to give up a precious night stand to accommodate this. Most of the outlets were too loose to hold a converter so we had to pile things underneath to support it. The hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone so entering and leaving with a vehicle is not possible, making arrival, departure, or day trips very inconvenient.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and room is very nice. Close to shops and restaurants. It was noisy in the morning with construction going on and also street was closed so had to walk to corner for uber. Otherwise it’s really nice.

This is the best place to stay in Reims. The central location is key but the guest rooms, public areas and staff service are what set the hotel apart. The bed is comfortable and the room is well designed. The restaurants downstairs are excellent.

Fantastic Room and Light Show on Church

We booked a room looking at The Cathedral Notre Dame and saw the most amazing light show on the church that I have ever seen (its on Friday and Sat nights when dark) Do Not miss it! Location was next to great restaurants and walkable streets (head towards train station and can not miss the areas)

Nice stay in the heart of Reims across from cathedral. Polished yet comfortable in prime location. No parking on site & road closures made access to car not immediate. Also limited food options between lunch & dinner and no consideration for individuals with severe allergies meant we had to go hungry which is unacceptable for a hotel or this calibre.

The hotel was lovely and reception staff were helpful. The communication regarding parking due to local roadworks was helpful and appreciated. We felt the restaurant staff were unorganised, as we had several long waits for service. Over half an hour to get just a glass of wine on one occasion which was frustrating as we had just arrived and wanted to start to relax from our journey.

Lovely hotel, staff greeted us warmly on arrival with a cold drink and took our bags straight off us and took them to the room. The room had a lovely view of the cathedral and was exceptionally clean, albeit a little small, but that’s due to the location. The breakfast was top quality and tasty! The spa was ok, but not worth the extra cost in my opinion, especially at a 5 star hotel. Overall a great stay, in the centre of Reims!
