Between lake and mountains, the house is located in a preserved and quiet environment, very close to the center of Reignier, 30' from Geneva airport; Geneva center: 35' by car - 16 kms); Annecy center: 30'; Chamonix 45': an infinity of possibilities in a very small area, between Switzerland and France: city visits: Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, multitude of hiking possibilities: the Mole, the Salève, the Voirons, the Arabias, the Chamonix region... so many wonderful and varied landscapes. And of course the pleasures of swimming in Lake Geneva or Lake Annecy!

The accommodation
You will appreciate the charm of this old house, its location between town, lake and mountains, its small garden and I hope its decoration! The house is perfect for families or small groups since it has 4 bedrooms and a lot of space: more than 200m2. If you like to cook, you will have a very well equipped kitchen (gas piano, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, food processor, bean coffee machine, sparkling water machine, sufficient crockery, dining room for large tables (table with extensions, many chairs...). The house is very spacious with its 220 m2, it has 2 living rooms, one of which is equipped with a fireplace and a large TV with a collection of dvds for young and old. A beautiful piano sits in the downstairs living room, please do not let the children play with it if they are not pianists.
