Welcome to Chalet Panorama at Falkertsee. At an altitude of 1,800 metres, this spacious 205 m² timber chalet accommodates up to 11 guests. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sauna and open views of the Nockberge mountains make it ideal for families and holidays with friends.

The approximately 50 m² living area offers comfortable seating, a large dining table for up to 11 guests and a designer tiled stove. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes it easy to cook together. A loft gallery and a wellness area with a sauna and exercise equipment provide additional space to relax.

In winter, ski slopes and lifts are practically on your doorstep. The surrounding area also offers cross-country ski trails, a toboggan run and a family-friendly ski area. Enjoy a family holiday near Heidi Alm at Falkertsee and a hiking paradise in the Carinthian Nockberge mountains. Hiking trails begin right on your doorstep. Explore alpine pastures and mountain huts serving refreshments, then unwind in your private sauna.

Built from solid natural timber, the bright chalet offers wide views of the Karawanken and Nockberge mountains from many windows. After a day skiing or hiking, unwind in your private sauna.

Additional costs and information:
You may bring your own bed linen or rent it for €15 per guest per stay. The tourist and overnight accommodation tax is €2.80 per person per day for guests aged 16 and over; from 1 November 2026 it is €4.50. Dogs cost €7 per night, payable through the property management company. Electricity is charged according to consumption through the property management company. Christmas and New Year are permanently booked.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Falkertsee. The house was very nice and the surroundings even more (beautiful). The area is very quite which makes it very relaxed to stay with (small) children. There was not a lot of snow this year in Austria, but in Falkertsee there was enough and we even got more during the end of our stay. The owners are very communicative and relaxed. They tell you everything you need to know about the house and the area. In short, we loved our stay and we would like to come back.

Vacation as a group

The appartment was very clean, everything was uncomplicated und easy with the hosts to discuss. We've got a lot of information beforehand about the area, the trails around it, the weather, the way to the appartment, the things we may use there etc. It was a bit much for the times of the internet and the easy way to get most of this infomrmation online ourselves, but it was nice of the hosts to seemingly care for us und wanting us to have a nice stay. The appartment is very big and comfy at the same time, beautiful few and many things to do in a very close range around it. Nice for children at a young age. Thank you for letting us stay!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt am Falkertsee und in dem Chalet sehr genossen. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir durch die Vermieter eine ausführliche Beschreibung für das Haus und für die nähere Umgebung erhalten - super hilfreich. Das Chalet ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung der Anzeige. Wir können das Haus nur allen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns, wenn wir wieder dort zu Gast sein dürfen.

Sehr schönes Objekt, gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Trotz der Lage unmittelbar gegenüber der Heidialm ruhig und privat.Auch andere An- und Abreisetage als Samstage möglich."Nebenkosten" zu den angegebenen Kosten summieren sich schnell auf 15 %. Feuerholz (45,- pro Woche) wird auf Website als freiwillig angegeben, ist aber zu bezahlen.Möglichst Grundversorgungsartikel mitbringen, sonst muss für alles einmal den Berg runter und wieder rauf gefahren werden ca. 10/15 Minute. Laufmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt. Eigentlich muss man immer erst links oder rechts hoch auf 2.100 m um weiterlaufen zu können.Gastronomisch war einiges geschlossen. Kärntnerhsus war gut.

Wunderbares Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und trotz wenig Schnee für die Höhe, ein Wintergefühl gehabt. Die zwei Lifte und 4 Pisten reichen aus, wenn man bedenkt wieviel Gefahre wegfällt und wie schön es ist, wenn man mittags 70m zum Haus läuft um eine Pause zu machen.

5 schone Tage - schones Haus, gute Ausfluge. 1 schlechter Tag, weil wir waren von agressiven Kühe angegriffen. Das war befürchtend und gefährlich. Wir wussten nicht das sowas existiert, niemand hat gesagt, dass wir Kühe vermeiden sollten.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt prima und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wege für Unternehmungen oder Besorgungen sind recht weit. Die Stromabrechnung war extrem teuer, obwohl wir nie geheizt hatten und darüber waren wir sehr verwundert

Super schönes Haus, super Urlaub ☺️

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und man bekam viele Informationen im Vorfeld. Vor Ort eine nette und zügige Übergabe des Hauses, die übrigens auch bei Abfahrt kein Problem war. Ds Haus selbst ist riesengroß, bietet viele Ausweichmöglichkeiten, perfekt um mit der Familie zu fahren. Schon morgens der erste Kaffee auf der Terrasse, Blick nach rechts ein traumhaftes Bild der Berge.

Wunderschönes Panorama und "urig"

Wunderschöne Aussicht besonders bei schönem Wetter Wir waren alle sehr angetan von der urigen, gemütlichen und wunderschönen Sofa- und Sesselecke und insbesondere dem Bett beim Kachelofen. Das war immer besetzt . Und das Kinder (3er) Zimmer oben ist auch einzigartig. Geniale Lage mit Falktersee und Blick auf die Berge. Wenn man nach dem Wandern nicht mehr Kochen will, kann man auch in eine der umliegenden Almen bequem essen gehen . Die Kinder können dann von dort auch einfach alleine nach Hause. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Garten ebenerdig, den alle (Erwachsene, Grillfans, Kinder und Hund) sehr geschätzt haben. Wir waren 3 Familien mit Hund und waren dort eine Woche im etwas verregneten August 2023. Zimmeraufteilung hat gut geklappt. Küchenausstattung war gut, Sauberkeit war okay. Das Haus ist schöner als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Vermieter gibt gute Tips. Wir kommen aufgrund der genialen Lage, des Panoramas und des schönen Hauses sicherlich wieder.

Falkertsee 166

Aufenthalt war schön. Leider gab es zum Chalet auch viel negatives. z.b. 2 Badezimmer mit WC für bis zu 11 Personen, das ist nicht toll. Die Kleiderkästen sind viel zu klein in den Zimmern. Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen über. (Spinnweben, Heizkörper Badezimmer). Getränkegläser und Geschirr sind auch nicht mehr besonders schön. Eiskasten ist nicht besonders groß. Kamin und Esswohnzimmer ist echt schön. Aussicht und Ruhe ist auch sehr gut. Wir würden das Chalet aber nicht mehr weiter empfehlen. Wir waren um wesentlich weniger € (ca 1260 €) in schon wesentlich schöneren Chalets.Leider kann man auch keine Beweisfotos hier einfügen. mfg Gerhard Illy

Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einwandfreien Zustand.Alles notwendige war vor Ort.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter verlief reibungslos und uns wurden zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Der eingebaute Kachelofen vermittelte eine angenehme und lang anhaltende Wärme.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Objekt wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Entspannung pur

Das Chalet bietet alles, was einen Urlaub in den Bergen komplettiert: ruhige (fast schon abgelegene) Lage, alles an Inventar, was man braucht, Kuhglocken und Wanderwege sowie einen netten Kontakt, der uns im Vorfeld über alles informiert hat. Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.
