Full Week, Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only. This lovely end-unit townhome in Lewes overlooks the area’s finest par-three golf course, offering a serene and scenic setting for your getaway. Tastefully appointed across three stories, this home features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for families or groups. The first floor offers open living with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living space, plus a powder room. Step out onto the screened porch to enjoy gorgeous views of the golf course while relaxing or dining al fresco.

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the master suite occupies the entire third floor, creating a private retreat with scenic surroundings. Heritage Village provides a community pool and convenient access to a grocery store, outlets, and additional shopping. Located just off Route 1, the home offers easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, and is only 5 miles from Cape Henlopen State Park. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental. This home is also available as a short term rental through the off-season. Lewes Beach Vacation Rentals

Awesome vacation

The description of this property was right on. It housed the 6 of us very comfortably. Clean, guiet and peaceful. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was awesome. Kitchen had every utensil you could think of. We said on our way home it was our best vacation in along time.

convenient location and nicely appointed

We had a wonderful week with beautiful weather. While we were not prepared for the lack of basic paper items, toilet paper, tissues and at least one garbage bag it was listed on the contract that these items were not included. Reading is most definitely fundamental. Beach chairs were also listed and they were not. We figured it out and had an awesome week.

Week at Rehoboth

Clean and beautifully decorated home on the golf course and about 15-20 minutes from the beach. Very close to outlets, grocery and restaurants. Screened in porch with view of course. Pool is walking distance.

Fantastic rental

This property was all we could have hoped for. It is in a great location and extremely clean. It was the perfect size for 6 of us and had everything we wanted. The check in and out process was very simple and the folks at Lingo are very helpful and friendly.

Spacious, roomy and nice location

Enjoyed being close to everything but out of the way of traffic and congestion. Nice, quiet condo with views of the golf course. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.
