This location was great as it was close to the boardwalk and the main strip, so you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. For a beach vacation on a budget, your couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Lovely comfy hotel right by the beach. Had a cozy feel with a nice staff! Close to the board walk, the beach, and all the restaurants. Parking is a little hard to find or you pay for a meter but it was easy enough! Would definitely recommend

The room was in ruff shape smoke alarm was hanging by a wire, big hole was in the bathroom door, wires hanging from tv, walls were marked up, people were screaming at each other in the middle of the night. Parking was another $25. Good location but in need of a good remodel.

Fine for the inexpensive cost. The lobby and room were dirty. The clerk was helpful once he came out of the back room. The toilet got plugged easily. I had to ask the clerk for a portable heater, which worked fine once I set it up.

This hotel should be condemned. It is disgusting. I've never seen a hotel room so filthy. The room has inches of dust, dirt and years of filth. We used an entire bottle of disinfectant spray and Clorox wipes and our own sheets and towels, just so we could make it through the night until we could find another hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. It was so dirty and unsafe, we had to leave a night early with no refund, and move to another hotel. Other guests were doing the same. I can't believe Expedia.com even offers this gross hotel on their website. Not only is it filthy, it is very unsafe. They also have you pay $25/night to squeeze in a parking spot under their "hotel."
