The room had a terrible stench. It was on first floor and although window (also in poor condition) could open about 6 inches, there was no screen and it did not feel safe. Floors were vacuumed, but definitely not mopped. Room door did not seal properly (seemed as if it had been broken into previously)...in general, did not feel safe. Staff were very pleasant, but apparently nothing could be done when I expressed concerns about smell and cleanliness shortly after arriving. I would not return to this hotel. One upside.....no bugs detected.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved that the pool was actually heated and didn't just say it was lol! It was very clean and close to the beach it is also right by Acme grocery store and fast food places.

It was truly a heated pool! We could go swimming outside in October! Some of the rooms smell like dogs but likely because they allow dogs. Staff was friendly and super helpful! Fun Halloween decorations!!

We never got to stay at the Sleep Inn because of problems with the reservation dates being changed without our knowledge and the reservation information sent was not sent to the email address that we gave. Since these things were out of our control, we thought a refund was legitimate, however, the manager refused to give us a refund. We were looking forward to visiting Rehoboth Beach area but the who mess with the reservation put a damper on our trip. My husband was very sick in 2024 and this was our first trip that he could take. What a bummer
