Great location and a well maintained building. The unit was as advertised. Downside is that bedroom window treatments were poor and didn’t block sunlight adequately. The unit needs updating.

Incredible location; nice apartment

The location is hard to beat, especially for a family with small children. One building away from the boardwalk and beach; two blocks away from everything on Rehoboth Ave. The unit is as advertised; the building may be a little dated, but more importantly, it was clean and the communication with the property manager was efficient and timely. Overall we had a great stay.
