The location was great! The place has a bit of a smell though. I was glad we could open the windows. The carpeting needs to be cleaned, lots of stains. The kitchen is new and the best part of the place. It was very annoying that we had to deal with a rental company when this was on VRBO. We had to pick up and drop keys at their office which was 15 minutes away. It doesn’t state that linens are not included until you pay for the property. There is a very long contract. They also charge a credit card fee and sign you up for a damage protection. Using VRBO is usually much easier and efficient.

Great Rehoboth Beach Rental Property

We just spent four nights in a wonderful Rehoboth Beach condo. The ocean block Maryland Ave. location within easy walking distance to the beach and downtown Rehoboth Beach was perfect. The condo was clean and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. We would rent it again without hesitation.
