This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 8th floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with counter top cooker and confection microwave. This unit does not have a oven. 2021 new balcony furniture and new sofa sleeper. 2021 new shutter blinds and fresh paint. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
