And that's just the tip of the iceberg in this captivating community surrounded by a variety of shopping, dining, and exploration opportunities from Lower Slower Delaware to Cape May, New Jersey, to the Lower Eastern Shore of MD, and approximately 3 hours driving distance to our Nation's Capital, Washington DC.

TO DO NEARBY: The SILVER LAKE TOT LOT, one of several community playgrounds and picnic areas, is approximately 250' from the property on the scenic shores of Silver Lake, and is designed for young children and families. It features swings, slides & climbing structures and room for your pet to roam… on a leash, of course. The park includes picnic tables & benches for relaxation. The playground is fenced off from the water's edge to ensure the safety of young children. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts are just a short jaunt from the Silver Lake Tot Lot over Turtle Bridge. This is the perfect place to walk your pet, although they are not allowed in the playground area. Food & beverages are permitted in and around the picnic pavilion. Kids are welcome to enjoy some much-needed playtime! Adults are welcome to wish they had that much energy again;^}

KEYLESS ENTRY: Easy, Breezy electronic keyless entry! Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

PET FEE: $395.00 pet fee per pet. Two dogs under 30 lbs each. Pets must be Hypoallergenic, Non-shedding, Flea and tick protected, Rabies immunized, and Well-groomed before occupancy is permitted. No puppies, other unregistered dogs, or visiting pets are permitted. Violation of this could result in immediate eviction and a fine.

MUST DO: Evidence of grooming must be presented to your Rental Agent or ReMax representative 7 days before occupancy. Documentation or certificates must be provided at the time of the fully executed Rental Agreement & Pet Addendum for Flea & tick protection and Rabies immunization. Licenses & tags must be current.

LINENS: Linens are not included; however, a rental package is available to guests. Sheet Sets: King (1), Queen (1), Twin/Trundles (4).

CLEANING FEE: $235. Although cleaning time is extra tight during the summer season, our crew still takes pride in making things sparkle! Housecleaners are on a tight schedule; however, they make every effort, in a very short timeframe, to ensure the dwelling is clean & sanitized before guest occupancy. Please take this into consideration during your stay and upon departure for both housekeeping and the next arriving guests. There's nothing like a freshly cleaned house to start your vacation on a bright and clean note!

OUR POLICY: We make every effort to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, and in the off-chance that something isn't quite right or you notice any damages upon arrival, please contact your agent right away. Note: There may be additional cleaning fees imposed if housekeeping must spend extra time and effort cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring the property to acceptable conditions.
