Lovely 2 BR, 2 BA Townhouse in the Pool and Tennis community of Eagles Landing . . . just a few minutes drive to the beaches and boardwalk of Rehoboth & Dewey. Perfect for a small family or friends getaway for those that love the pool just as much as the ocean! Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the screened in porch before heading to the tennis or pickleball courts in the community. After your morning exercise, cool off in the community pool. BONUS: The community also provides multiple EV charging stations for those with electric vehicles! No Pets or Smoking Please!

Unit was beautiful and updated. Grounds people were mowing at 645am. I know it was hot but that is insane. Neighbor doing construction and sawing one day at 8am. And one unit had loud guests one night. We have stayed in that complex 3 years and this was by far the most impressive.
