Nice modern unit close to beach

The unit is well appointed with nice furniture and appliances. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location 7 min walk to beach and one block off Rehoboth Ave shops. Parking on site is shared with downstairs unit so requires some coordination. Noisy restaurant with outdoor seating and music nearby but didn't really bother us that much. Communication with host or management company was poor. Didn't answer question about early arrival. Parking info on web site was confusing. Didn't understand it until saw more info inside unit.
