PRIME LOCATION: Approximately one mile from Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk. Nearby conveniences and attractions include Fresh Market, Jungle Jim's Water Park (about a two-minute walk), Planet Fitness, Blue Coast Seafood Restaurant, Thompson Island Brewing Company, Wawa, Fractured Prune, Big Fish Grill, and Tanger Seaside Outlets. Seasonal DART bus service operates in the summer, with pickup across the neighborhood entrance, offering another way to get to the beach, outlets, and nearby destinations.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Enjoy the community swimming pool, tennis court, and landscaped grounds with flowering trees, ornamental grasses, and a decorative pond. Pool passes are provided in the house. The pool is unguarded, and all guests must follow posted community rules. Pool availability is seasonal and subject to community schedules.
COMFORTABLE LIVING: An open floor plan, spacious kitchen, updated furnishings and lighting, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a kitchen bar provide comfortable spaces to gather, share meals, and relax.
OUTDOOR EXTRAS: Enjoy the screened patio and outdoor dining. The garage includes bikes, beach and pool toys, games, coolers, extra small appliances, gas and charcoal grills, and a retro beverage refrigerator. Please treat all provided items with care and return them to their designated locations.

Vacation-item and beach-gear rentals are also available through Gale Force Rentals or 227 Rentals. Options are to rent, bring your own or request our optional $150 linen package, which includes fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and one towel and washcloth per guest. Beach towels are not included. Please request the package after booking. All beds have black waterproof mattress and pillow protectors. Sheets must be used; please do not sleep directly on the protectors.
RESERVATIONS & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All reservations and payments must be completed through VRBO. Guests must complete the required community-rules acknowledgment and pool waiver and agree to follow the applicable community rules. Violations may result in fines or other charges under the community documents and rental agreement, as applicable.

Grills: Grills must be used outdoors in permitted locations, at least six feet from the house. Never use a grill inside the garage, on a screened or enclosed porch, or on a balcony. Position the grill as far from the house as possible, clean it with the brush, and empty the grease tray after each use. Cover the grill when not in use and return it to the patio only after it has cooled. Please take care to prevent heat damage to the house. Charges for damage may apply as permitted by the rental agreement.
Garbage disposal: Use the disposal only for small food scraps left on plates. Do not put vegetable peels, coffee grounds, eggshells, pasta, rice, grease, or large amounts of food into the disposal. When in doubt, use the trash can.
HOUSE RULES & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
- Occupancy: Maximum 10 guests. Primary renter must be 25 or older; no groups booking under age 25.
- No smoking or pets: No smoking inside the home or in the pool area. Pets are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–8 a.m., including the screened patio and outdoor areas. Please respect neighbors and all community rules.
- Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles at the property. Overflow parking is available along Duvall Boulevard. Community speed limit is 15 mph unless otherwise posted.
- Pool & tennis: Passes are provided in the house. Follow posted rules and hours. The pool is unguarded; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass, smoking, pets, diving, running, or disruptive behavior in the pool area.
- Community property: No skateboards anywhere in the community. Keep bicycles and belongings out of walkways and common areas. The decorative pond is off-limits; no swimming or fishing.
- Trash: Use designated community dumpsters, break down cardboard, and keep outdoor areas clean.
- Required documents: Guests must complete the community-rules acknowledgment and pool waiver. Violations may result in fines or charges under applicable community rules and the rental agreement.
