The staff are wonderful and aim to please. The property is a high quality hotel with nice amenities. Love the fire pit in the winter with complimentary wine and beer during happy hour. Right on the beach too.

The staff was incredible and very helpful. Something needs to be done to sound proof the rooms. I heard everything in the room next door and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I have realistic expectations of a hotel and have not experienced anything like this in prior stays at different hotels. Based upon this I don’t think I would stay here again. This is unfortunate as the hotel itself was good and the staff exceptional.

The staff was welcoming and extremely friendly, always smiling! The room was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing! I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping as the walls are a little thin. They provide a sound machine which helps .

Loud, but clean. We were on the first floor across from the mechanical closet (loud). The window unit had a fan that was louder (grin) This made it possible for me to sleep soundly. Everything worked very well. It was cheaper than the Georgetown Tru by far, and everyone was very nice.
