Travon was especially helpful being new to the area I got lost and he literally stayed on the phone for me for 20 minutes and got me there and then once I arrived he would met us at the door very very nice man The beds are amazingly comfortable overall we had a very nice time and we will be returning

Front desk lady was sweet. The lobby has nice smell that tricks you. You walk into lobby and it smells so nice and clean. And as soon as you walk to your room the hallways smell terrible and the carpet is gross. The room was so dirty I couldn’t wait to check out of my stay. The bed was okay. But the room and bathroom were just disgusting. The floors and walls were so dirty. There were bug eggs and a cockroach in my room. I felt gross when I had to take a shower in the bathroom. It just didn’t feel clean. And the bathroom floors had a lot of black spots. Every time we walked into our room it smelled soooo musty. I would never stay here again. Or recommend it. The location is great. But I can just tell they don’t clean the rooms well here. It’s disgusting.

I went to get some orange juice. It was out for two days and nobody changed it Thursday. They didn’t have any hard boiled eggs, which I could care less than another gentleman came out. There was no orange juice no eggs, hardly anything and he turned around and went back to his world probably went to restaurant. I don’t know what happened in between my visits, but something happened And it has gone downhill.

Initial impression was that for the budget price it was a nice hotel. The exterior (including doggie area) was well kept, lobby was clean. Room was clean and had all of the paper products and towels that we needed. The hotel staff was really nice and friendly. Very helpful and sweet. Impression after 24 hours.... this place was recently renovated and inexpensively. The hallways smelled pleasant due to the air freshener used to cover the smell of mold which was very prevalent inside it room. The black specks growing through the fresh paint had me concerned about my respiratory system. There was rust in the doorways. The furniture seemed newer. The bed was good and I was able to sleep on it. The room just stayed damp. When returning home my belongings that were in the room continued to smell of the hotel. If it wasn't for the possible health risks that came to mind, this would have been a much better review. If the hotel is reading this, please have a mold specialist come help you out.

Gross. If they replaced the carpet on the stairs/hallway it would really help, but this place is run-down and dirty. The guy checking us in at night had finger nails that might have been the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen.

* If you are looking for very clean minus a few guest (spiders) this is the place for you. * I enjoyed the warmest pool ever minus the cracked cement. * The pictures of this hotel on the website Hotels.com are some of the best pictures ever take to make this place look larger then it really portrays. From outside It is small and gives a nursing home Vibe. Did not take any pictures because I didn't waste my time.You either go or you don't go. But if you go, you would say she was telling the truth. I wasn't the only one having these feelings. I met 3 other people who were just as surprised. * Also if you stay on the 1st floor the rugs are horrible. It looks like it has Poo. Poo spots all over the floor. * There's no dresser drawers. There's no place to hang up your clothes except for 3 hooks on the wall. *The breakfast is what it is. Don't know if that'll help you any. I did not eat there! **OVERALL - FOR THE PRICE minus the look like Poo poo stains on the rug on the 1st floor minus the extra guest (spiders) and the pictures of the hotel being larger than it really is ( nursing home vibes) It could be doable for an extra day.** * save your breath, the intent to Be evasive was there.I don't need you to let me know that you wish I had a better stay save it.

The location of the hotel is great to get to Rehoboth beach. The advertised hot tub was broke the entire trip with no evidence of any attempts to have it fixed and it appeared to have been down for a while. The advertised breakfast buffet is basic continental. Only one staff member was pleasant to guests.
