Both the beach and pool are guarded by a certified staff. North Shores is also picturesquely located adjacent to the Gordon's Pond State Park which features an easy biking, hiking, running, and bird watching trail that traverses the 2500 acres of scenic salt marshes. The trail connects North Shores to the historic town of Lewes... perfect for a bike ride, sightseeing and lunch! Of course you are a short drive, bike ride or even walk into town. Rehoboth Beach is filled with wonderful casual and fine dining restaurants and a huge variety of unique shops. Of course the boardwalk features arcades, miniature golf and Funland, a small amusement park which is a true historic treasure. The townhouse itself is steps to the pool and a very short walk to the private beach. Sleeping 8, the home is comfortably and stylishly furnished offering the following bedding options on the first floor: Primary Bedroom with 1 Queen and en-suite bath; Guest Bedroom with 1 Queen and deck access, Guest Bedroom with 2 Twins and deck access, These guest rooms share a hall bath. The 2nd Floor offers another Primary Bedroom with a King and and en-suite bath. Backing up to the yacht basin, you can enjoy morning coffee, cocktails or a bite to eat in the enclosed porch or deck overlooking the water. The 2nd floor Primary Suite also offers a water view deck, perfect for reading the paper or a good book, and a make-up table that could double as workspace if you had to catch up on some work! The kitchen offers both K-cup and drip coffee makers and is perfectly outfitted for nights when you want to cook in; complete with a gas grill on the deck. The home offers an outdoor shower which is delightful at the day's end, 2 TV's (one smart for the occasional rainy day for binge-watching your favorite shows), WiFi, CAC, W/D, and 3 parking spaces. No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $100 per week Amenity Fee for rentals between 5/23/26 through 9/5/26. Guest to pay a $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
