The apartment is a rooftop unit with an incredible terrace where you can enjoy the beauty of a sunset over the Strait and Sicily every day, with Mount Etna in the background.

The Space
The Secret Sunset Terrace is a spacious (approximately 130 square meters), bright apartment designed to offer comfort and privacy.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for both families and groups of friends.

The rooms are spacious and well-organized:

• Functional and well-organized bathroom
• Large private panoramic terrace for exclusive use

The location is central yet quiet, perfect for getting around on foot and enjoying the city stress-free.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment, including the panoramic terrace.

Check-in is completely self-service (self-check-in), quick and easy.

At the entrance to the courtyard, there is a lockbox attached to the gate containing the apartment keys.

Once you’ve retrieved the keys, you’ll have free access to both the courtyard and the building’s main entrance. The apartment is located on the third floor; access is via stairs.

Detailed instructions and the lockbox code will be sent before your arrival.

Other things to keep in mind
• The apartment is on the third floor (access is via stairs; there is no elevator)
• There is only one bathroom (recommended for organized groups)
