House in the Florentine hills with swimming pool, free parking and wifi

Single-family house (Melograno) of 50 m2, which is part of a larger property which also includes a farmhouse of which the oldest part appears to have been a medieval watchtower, totally renovated in Tuscan style, all surrounded by 45000 m2 of land with olive grove from which we produce an excellent organic olive oil. To complete everything there is also a fenced pool with free access and convenient on-site parking. Casa Melograno has a private fenced garden of about 250 square meters with barbecue, table and chairs where you can eat outdoors, internally composed of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room, living room complete with appliances, kitchen utensils, double sofa bed, TV satellite, WiFi internet.
The linen is included with weekly change.

House is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature, but also in a strategic position to visit cities of art such as Florence, Arezzo and Siena, reachable in about 40 minutes by car, or from Figline Valdarno railway station 10 km from us.
Other places to visit are San Gimignano and Greve in Chianti where you can taste its wines known all over the world, or the millenary abbey of Vallombrosa with the forest declared a Natural Reserve with its countless trekking routes.
