Located less than an hour from Toulouse (113km), the cottage is very close to Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, cinema, 3km away) and a stone's throw from Spain (40km); as well as Montréjeau (18km, swimming lake, golf course) and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (one of the French people's favorite villages, located 20km away).
