We did not stay. Hotel was dilapidated, no staff to check in with. Went back out to car to call , no answer. I have already contacted hotels. Com for a refund and have a claim pending. There were no guests or staff at hotel. Did not feel safe and we left and booked a different hotel

It was absolutely disgusting. Half the hotel was torn apart. There was exposed insulation and wires. At one point during the night saw a mouse run across the room. The bathtub was still dirty. Some ceiling tiles were missing. I feel like this property should be shut down and completely torn down. It is NOT safe!

When you drive up to the hotel you will be aghast at the conditions of the building. Paint peeling, boards broken and a lawn mower sitting at the front door. Once in the building things look better. You can see where the renovations in the building start and stop. We were tempted not to stay but gave the facility a chance. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, and we did not partake in the juice boxes and granola bars offered. I think I would give the facility another chance once the renovations are complete. Until the renovations are complete, I would recommend the facility be closed.

No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with.

The entire facility is run-down and "under maintenance" but locals have informed us that it has been "under maintenance" for around three years. The pool has been closed for around three years, yet there is nothing about it being closed on the website or Hotels.com. The paint is peeling on the entire building. There were "evacuation/fire hazard" notices on many of the doors to rooms. We stood waiting at the front desk for at least 15 minutes to check in. After ringing the bell multiple times and even loudly asking if anyone was there, no one ever did show up, so I called the number listed and eventually the worker came out of the room off the front desk area. The inside of the rooms were fine although the bathrooms were not completely clean. The breakfast was packets of oatmeal.

Hotel was very unkept. Outside paint peeling on all areas of hotel. Area not more and full of weeds/dandelions. D broken mower at entrance of hotel. 1 st room door would not lock. The staff later came and offered to move us after she checked with supervisor. Next room was clean and looked more updated. Hallway past our room was full with renovations , insulation exposed etc. there was a sign to excuse the mess due to renovations. Eating area was always closed with sign for private event, however nothing occurred during our stay. On table was a basket of small granola bars and an air pot with coffee. I did not check the pool, however other reviews indicated it was not working/ open. Towels were only 1 per person and mismatched. Only saw one staff person the whole weekend, however she was pleasant and did address the door concern. Your site photos are totally misleading.
