The staff was great. The gentleman at the service desk was very friendly, and super helpful. However the hotel isnt your frills hotel, which I knew when booking, I only needed a bed for my stay. However the bed was HORRIBLE. And the fridge in the room would make a loud noise every time it would need to chill it, which was about every 20 minutes. So this in combo with the horrible bed and loud road noise made it impossible to get a good night sleep.

Staff was friendly and courteous, room was modestly small but adequate for the value and the price we paid. The bed was awful.... i dont think it could have been any harder if we'd slept on the floor.

The continental breakfast consisted of basically microwavable oatmeal, dry cereals, and a banana. The rooms were clean, you could tell there was some remodeling that had been done. The caulking in the bathroom was yellow, and the tub was white, and there was mold in the corners. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful

Receptionist did not understand that the price I was quoted was for a room with two beds. I had a received a discount with my reservation, and it caused confusion regarding the room I paid for. We were able to switch rooms, however.

We were in town to go rock climbing at Smith Rock State Park. This was a nice hotel at a less expensive price. It wasn't fancy or high end, but the beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean, there was a small microwave and refrigerator and it's walking distance to a grocery store. It met all our needs for the night. It's likely I will stay here in the future.
