We only gave this property four stars total because the house was nice but in need of some repairs and updates. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The hot tub was clean. However, the pots and pans were warped and did not work well at all so if you’re planning on cooking, I would bring your own pans. Just last weekend, we stayed in a home in Eaglecrest and our instructions upon leaving, were just to lock the door. That was so nice! I guess we just anticipated it being the same but upon leaving, realized that not only did they want all the bedding stripped but they wanted all of the towels washed and dried. Had we read the instructions for checkout sooner and if we had paid attention to the fact of daylight savings time, we could’ve had this done on time but because we didn’t we were late to check out.I was given a less than friendly text by the homeowner that I needed to get out now and charged a fine. I feel like we are good renters and always take a really good care of peoples homes and I’ve honestly never been treated that way.Because we were late to check out, of course we paid the fine, but I would never stay in this house again just based on the lack of communication and then the way we were communicated with when we were.
