They helped accommodate me while my luggage was being located, and their warmth made a stressful situation so much easier. It honestly felt like I was staying with family. I will absolutely be back!

Both the check in and check out were done with courtesy and friendliness. The room more than met expectations. In fact my mom wants to stay there in that exact same room again next year. Lots of space, the sink and refrigerator were much appreciated though we did not use the microwave or stove. The only negative if you even want to call it that is that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable for watching tv. But that is truly not that important. All in all it was a great stay.

Comfy room well appointed and accommodating for the whole family, convenient parking and close to the airport. Staff was very helpful and held our room despite a late check in and breakfast was available despite our early morning departure.
