You get what you pay for. This is a clean and tidy property in a great place to visit Stratford etc. Free parking. The place however looked tired and in need of a bit of tlc. The tv didn’t work which was a bit disappointing since the WC semi final was on.

We stayed here for one night last week. For the price we paid we were happy. Bed was comfortable, parking right outside. The room was clean, reception efficient when we checked in and box to leave key card as we left early. It did feel like a 1960's holiday chalet style accommodation but for £50 we were happy.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the mould on the bed frame, to the broken shower, the stinking drains, to the abandoned cars, vans and lawnmowers all over the car park. Not to mention the closed down restaurant that now houses the scariest looking Cane Corso dog you are ever likely to see! Why on earth Hotels.com have this on their platform is beyond me. This place is ran by what looks like gangsters and does not feel safe in the slightest. If I had somewhere else I could have stayed I would not have gone within a mile of the is place! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
