Room has a moldy smell, snd smells like cigarette smoke, water faucet in kitchen sink is spraying water in different areas; toilet tissue holder is broken and taped with a paint tape; shower is slow to drain. Receptionists are excellent! Breakfast is just ok

- BEWARE- Have you ever felt scammed ? That’s exactly what my / family experience of only a few hours were at the TravelLodge Redding , and I have the pictures to prove it ! Blood on the bedsheet, cracks in the floor, ring of dirt in the toilet bowl, water on floor from a leaking refrigerator.. and the list goes on .. We spent close to (2) hours on the phone with Expedia to help us out of this predicament, and refund was contingent on (an unseen) property manager who only gave back half the refund ! It’s our opinion that this locations reviews are exaggerated, and wouldn’t recommend a stay, there .

The three bed suite was great for our family. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. There was a small issue with the toilet handle that we reported at check out and the front desk wrote it down and said they would take care of it.

Sunny greeted us with grace & charm. My sister & I enjoyed the size of the room we booked. It is a very easy place to get to, that I plan to stop in the next time I pass through.

The room vas good, the bed was good. The shawer was not good difficult too use. There was ants on the floor in barthroom . The staff said the pool was heated, but it was cold. Brekfast was good.

What an ordeal!Dirty rooms -Not recommended !

We booked 3 nights - As we checked in around 7pm and got our first room ( foreshadowing) we found hairs in the beds We asked to change and Room#2 reeked of sour milk , back to the front desk 😩 Room #3 also had hairs in the “ freshly “ maid bed and floor was scuffed and dirty .. room #4 had the Sam issue but by them were were beat , cleans up and slept the night ! In the morning we asked to leave and due to our experience cancel the rest of the stay! The hotel would Not refund up the 2 nights we did not stay !! ( see pics from all 4 rooms ) Find other accommodation!!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice and when I checked in the man was rude and told me I was late for for check in and said I was a no show when I already paid in advance… the room was dirty and the sheets had stains and towels all had stains as well, the walls were all chipped paint and the floor boards looked like they have never been cleaned . I was not happy at all with our stay. I will never stay there again!
