The room was under construction. There was a spa tub I. The room with caution tape over it. I was told this at check in, but to ignore it and not use it. Isn’t this a safety hazard? Also, the carpet had large dirt spots on it. There was not a blow dryer in the room. This hotel was not full and yet there was not a decent room they could have put me in or even a discount offered? Never again. I love BW but what a letdown.

Trash left in the hallways for days, no housekeeping in the rooms and worst of all when we needed a plunger they handed us a plunger in a grocery sack that was filled with poop. Disgusting. Would not recommend.

Overall a great place to stay. Had a good hot breakfast, clean areas, courteous people. Only two tiny gripes. For a non-smoking property, they have a lot of people who smoke right outside the doors (even blocking the doors). Also, several guests decided they would make as much noise as they possibly could. That's not the fault of the staff, but it's worth mentioning.

We had two rooms for one night. Desk clerks were nice. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, carpet smells a bit funky in hallways/ elevator. Rooms are functional - lots of comfy pillows and beds are decent. Sheets on the scratchier side. No hot tub, btw, just indoor pool. Breakfast was good, everything you could want. Area was gine, quiet and felt safe. Good value for the price. Not sure I would stay again but it was

We were woken up at 4:45am Sunday morning by a guy looking for a friend. He knocked for a while. I called the front desk and no one answered. Used my cellphone and on the third call, the front desk girl finally answered. She said she would look for him. Heard the same guy knock on other doors in the same hallway.
