Pets (pet-friendly properties + service animals) — We love animals! Dogs must be approved via booking messages. Flat $50/pet per stay, up to 2 dogs (service animals exempt from fee/approval). Never leave pets unattended — violations cancel the reservation without refund. Keep pets off furniture; hair/stains/scratches add $100+ cleaning. Clean up after your pet (supplies provided). Unapproved pets: $75/night. Report any damage right away.

This is an amazing property in an awesome location! Great views from the living room and balcony, with the added benefit of being right above one of the best coffee shops we've ever been to. In addition to the coffee shop (they have amazing food as well), it is centrally located, 10 minutes to anywhere and close to downtown. There is one other apartment, but there are no shared walls that ended up with us hearing them. I worked from home for a week without issues on the Wi-Fi provided. You can hear the music from the coffee shop, but it wasn't loud enough to interrupt any of our ability to sleep in when we wanted. We didn't need any additional amenities and the in-unit washer/dryer worked great!We would definitely stay again!
