Excellent!

Very nice, updated hotel with excellent staff for check-in and check-out. The breakfast options were varied and tasty. The breakfast room was extremely clean. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quiet area.

Everything about the place was good or excellent. Staff were professional and friendly, free breakfast was a welcome bonus, room was large and clean, furniture in top condition. Parking was good and ample. Only downside was one could still hear traffic on Interstate 5, but we still slept well. All round, very good experience and would return in an instant.

We request a handicap room, but when we arrived there were none available. We weren't told that there wasn't any availble when it was booked. The room we were given didn't have a hand-held shower head, but they gave us a wobbley shower chair, we tighten it up.

The sunk was plugged upon entering the frint desk lady was harsh i couldn't use microwave. Adu shower sprays outwardly onto bathroom fliir . Makes no sense. No conditioner. Not clean and. The owner does not alliq locals to rent from here. This is evil. Idc if yu have problems with orher local ppl. Thats 100 evil wrong. So my house is flooded and since i live in redding i cant rent a room here.!!

Nothing very unique but the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly for as many tasks they had to do. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Much too hard. If I remember correctly they said the indoor pool was heated and it was not. Again the staff was very good.
