Had a wonderful stay! My mom was moving and we needed a place to stay as things were being packed up and moved. This was such a relaxing place for my family to stay while we helped her move. My 7 year old daughter loved playing put put! My sister’s dog loved having space outside! Would stay here again!

Nice house Perfect location

The house was clean, plenty of space, large backyard, and tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. The location was as advertised with only having to drive a couple of minutes for groceries, shopping, and entertainment.

Beautiful rental. Super host!

My husband, grandson and I stayed 7 nights. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect. Great location to tour Mt. Shasta area. Very well equipped. Will definitely return to this house hopefully for a month! 5 stars

Great house in a beautiful city

Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. excellent kitchen provides good quality cookware including sharp knives. The putting green in the yard was a huge hit . Loved the big closets and large mirrors. The king sized bed was super comfy.

Property needs to be cleaned prior to guests arriving. We were greeted by dead bugs and ants everywhere. Untimely response from host were I had to start my vacation by cleaning and spraying raid to kill the ants everywhere then evacuate the house as my wife is sensitive to chemicals. I did not appreciate having to do work and clean upon arrival. Spider webs everywhere. Property should be cleaned prior to guests arrival. I am being charged 125 cleaning fee for an unclean bug infested rental. Upon arrival we sat on the couch after a long drive to have ants crawling all over us. When the host did respond the response was that the house is close to a creek and ants will always be present there is bug spray under the sink. So the host knows it is a problem I would expect it to be checked and dealt with prior to my arrival. Unacceptable.
