Our 1st room smelled of Mold , so we asked for a new room , the 2nd room had Ants and the floor had bread crumbs.. So we left and went to different hotel.. we never got a refund. I will never stay at a Best western again. And to top it all of we never reviewed a refund. at this point I'm not sure if I'll even use Exspedia again..

Good: Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast is awesome. Coffee is always available (almost), nice and hot. Bad: Parking is not well lit. Seemed little uncomfortable in the night, when the card didn’t work for entry. Ugly : it’s scratching hot during the day and absolutely no trees/shades for parking. Your car would feel nothing less than a furnace.

The hotel was great! Unfortunately, we couldn't stay for both nights we had reserved due to the loss of a loved one. We had to cancel our trip and only stayed for the first night. The hotel kindly refunded us for both nights. For our next visit, we will definitely reserve the hotel again.

Not a Best Western "Plus"

We got there at 2 PM, and they wanted to charge us $30.00 to check in a little over an hour early. We decided to wait. After waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, the front desk attendant said she got approval from the manager to let us into our room for free. We checked in and walked all the way back to our room only to find housekeeping in there. We then had to wait another 20 minutes. They have one snack machine that was only 1/3 loaded and was so old that it only took cash. Carpets in the room and hallways were filthy. Nothing in the hotel or room was in great shape—nothing. This was nowhere near a Best Western "Plus." Will not stay here again.

Some good, Some bad

Upon check in, front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. She told me about breakfast time but we would be checking out earlier so she recommended the grab bags. As we were checking out, I asked the young man at the front dedk for 5 grab bags, he said with a rude tone breakfast is over there and gestured with his head. I told him we needed to get on the road and said the lady night before told me to ask here at the desk. He said, " I wish I knew that ahead of time" sounding rude. It took him maybe 3 minutes to get the bags but I could tell he looked "put out". We had 2 connecting rooms. One room the foor didnt lock and my room the sink sprayed water onto the floor.

We checked in after a long day I booked 4 rooms at the same time only 2 were together we get in the first room start the shower the entire faucet shoots off just a pipe left. Had to switch room that room had ants, another room in our group the closet was off the tracks and yet another room the drains in the sink didn’t work and the air conditioner was covered in dust. We did notify the front desk. Beds were very hard
