The staff was very courtious. The room needed a lot of attention to details. The freezer was completely covered over with ice. The breakfast wasn't very good and wasn't kept up. I would have coffee there then go over to Jack in the Box to get someting to eat.

Highly recommend! The staff here go above and beyond to make sure guests are having the best travel experience ever. Katelyn, Shannon, and the rest of the bunch have been lifesavers. The rooms and lobby area are super fancy and well-appointed, the housekeepers are on top of everything, and the location is safe and SO convenient. We extended our stay several times and couldn’t be happier. And OMG the hot tub rooms are amazing!!! So relaxing and peaceful. Big thumbs-up!!

We met friends from out of town to celebrate birthdays/holidays both families stayed 5 days. Staff were exceptional all week. However, hotel is in need of maintenance. Rooms need deep cleaning, carpets are stained, beds are old, bathroom walls need wiped down stains on walls, you don't want your clothes to touch the walls in the restrooms because they look nasty. Our friends room had damage from a pet who had stayed previously & tore up the bed corner, night stand, & their carpet was very dirty. Our frist room had a leak under the sink mid stay & we moved next door, these rooms need updates, the room smoke alarm was not in order & in the closet. Breakfast was good very average but kept up well. Hot tub & pool needs proper cleaning & pool chemical levels checked often & maintained daily. My husband got a skin infection from the hot tub, a bunch of red bumps. There was a older man who was completely inappropriate in pool area our first night staff addressed him & took care of it. The staff are wonderful but are working really hard because the building is in need of maintenance. This is close to stores, it has great food places, great indoor pool area but they need to do better at maintaining it. This could really be a great hotel. Our first room was missing Coffee maker & hair dryer the staff had no idea, so glad we told them. I wouldn't go back unless this gets updated. It's too bad because the in-door pool area is really cool.

Rooms said updated in someone else's review but seemed far from they compared to other Baymont properties I've stayed at. Pictures show hardwood floors in rooms.m ours had just that in entry. Door had big gap and let light shine thru. Other room had wet spot on carpet from somewhere...and had to switch rooms. Hot tub was broken which was disappointing. It's not the worst I've stayed in but just ok.

Gorgeous!! We walked in absolutely stunned by how beautiful everything was. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and so so fancy. Get the hot tub room if you can! Totally worth it. And best of all, the staff are amazing. Shannon went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Oh! And the breakfast!! My kids were mesmerized by the pancake “assembly-line” machine. Parking was easy, TONS of shops within minutes, a Walmart nearby, a gas station 30 seconds away, etc. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You can’t beat the price, service, and luxury that this hotel offers. Book NOW! =)

The staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is warm and clean. Room is updated but needs some maintenance, the sink was clogged and drawer handle was broken. The refrigerator was SO noisy.
