We have stayed here dozens of nights. Its our go-to in Red Wing. A lot of Americinns have really gone downhill over the oast decade, but these folks have really kept it a nice place to stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great, the omelet maker is a favorite of ours and the pool area is has been really kept up and is nice.

Really pretty good hotel, somewhat dated. Picked hotel for size of swimming pool, hot tub available to use after skiing. Sadly the pool and hot tub were not up to temperature the first night, it was resolved somewhat by the next day. Breakfast was okay, however coffee maker stopped working so no hot coffee. Easily could have found some hot coffee somewhere for guests but not sure the staff member knew what to do. We went to caribou coffee and bought a canteen of coffee and shared with others. It was New Year’s but the staff working didn’t seem well trained. Front desk left unattended a lot. Nice small hotel but could be better.

"Wonderful stay!" The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff even went above and beyond by letting me use one of their vacuums after we accidentally spilled a bag of chips on the carpet. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

Hot tub was cold. Our room smelled like no air had circulated through it in a month. The bathroom in our room smelled like a fish fillet house. The coffee taste like brown water. Couldn’t sign in to my Apple TV or fubo account on the TV.
