Welcome to the Ideal Downtown Cottage, a private 1942 Craftsman cottage on its own lot in one of Red Bluff’s established tree-lined neighborhoods. This is our Northern California retreat, and we’ve designed it to feel comfortable, simple, and easy from the moment you arrive.

The cottage has one spacious bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, a comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, air conditioning, and a peaceful yard surrounded by mature trees.

You’re close to downtown Red Bluff, restaurants, shops, and local events, while still having the privacy of an entire home. It also makes a convenient stop for travelers along I-5 and a comfortable base for exploring Northern California.

Our goal is not to create a hotel experience — it’s to provide the kind of cottage where everything just feels right: private, comfortable, clean, welcoming, and easy to settle into.
