The room was too notch with cleanliness and an orderly/Feng shui vibe/appearance. The motel staff that evening was extremely helpful with getting a mistakes I had made prior to arriving with my reservation I had booked using a third party source. What surprised me even more is that in the end I just booked a room right there in the spot and not using any third party entity to try and get a discount. I thought it was going to cost me at least $20.00 per night for not having a reservation prior to arriving. When in fact I got the room at an even better rate than the third party entity was going to give that night! I would have been delighted with just a flowe price match! So I saved a few bucks due to the helpful staff on Thursday dec4 . Thanks to all these great extraordinary circumstances my stay was exceptionally better for sure to have been with all of your great, friendly, knowledgeable staff along with the very clean and good vibes rooms you provided me. I felt like I was someone special and important for my whole stay and I thank all of you for this pleasure able experience I will soon not ever forget. You can guarantee I will be telling all my friends and family about my stay and recommend your motels and any other establishments you have to every one I know. God bless!! Room was clean, but flooring was warped and damaged in bathroom. Should have anticipated the traffic noise from the nearby freeway. Helped to run HVAC all night to mask the noise. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was unremarkable.

Room had dirty small towels with stain, no big towels provided , upstairs was noisy till very late night, on second day we got looked out of the room because key was not working. We had to stand outside around 20 mins because no one was at the front desk. Moreover, I was charged $40 fee because of the towel stain which wad there before. Very disappointed with the service.

Mattress and bed were soft and comfortable. The shower was nice and everything seems updated. Very good value for an overnight stay. Breakfast was just ok and many items were simply gone by 8:15am and not refilled.

I checked in online but had to go through the process again when I arrived at the property. Why was this necessary? Room was recently updated but some fixtures were poorly installed. Motion sensor light in bathroom came on during the night for no reason waking us up. We could hear next door neighbor talking through walls and their 6am alarm woke us up in the morning.

Some man started yelling and cursing outside near my room at 3am, ranting about some woman twice before leaving the area. It was a rude awakening and made me uneasy so I left shortly after to continue my trip.

The only problem was that a car alarm went off right outside my door at 3:40 am and continued for 15-20 minutes, and included 2 men talking over the car. I was in room 109. Not sure who the men were, but the episode frightened me and I was concerned for my car, parked next to it. Do you have parking lot security?

Excellent experience from the get-go. Saved money using rewards dollars and the check-in & check-out experience was flawless and quick. O ly thing our dog did not like was the tile or LVP flooring but thats a personal issue. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Red Bluff Days Inn
