More staff and organization needed.
This is the second summer we have spent some time at the asbury and though it is appealing and trendy and has many perks the service really needs to step up. We booked a double double and were given a bunked room. Although we were given a voucher for food and drinks by the pool the next day , staying in a bunked room with my Fiancé and another couple was not ideal. There are absolutely not enough competent people on staff either. One waiter taking drink and food orders for the entire pool, one bartender at the pool , one person at the coffee bar, simply not enough people to help a popular , summer busy season hotel function. The hotel lacks organization. First come first serve by the pool but people are saving several seats and leaving for hours at a time. People not even staying at the hotel saving chairs for friends also not staying. It just is not accommodating for people that are paying a lot of money to actually stay at the asbury.
